  • Focus groups: Guided interviews for 8-10 people groups with trained and experienced moderators. Each session is recorded and video taped, with optional internet real-time streaming.
  • In-deepht interviews: Designed to understand a consumer's deepest motivations and triggers. Face to face interviews, up to a 2 hour length depending on the study, audio taped.

We specialize in new techniques to understand the behavior of consumers in their own environment:

  • Household immersion studies: We recruit individuals from a complete range of consumer profiles and then we take part in all the activities involved in the preparation/consumtion/usage of a product or service along with the consumer.
